Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) – Vaultbuildx.com
§1 Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to all contracts between the customer and Vaultbuildx.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").
Any conflicting or deviating terms of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by the Provider.
§2 Services
The Provider offers digital services, including but not limited to:
- Creation and setup of Shopify stores
- Store design and optimization
- E-commerce store configuration
- Branding and customization services
- Store support according to the purchased package
The exact scope of services is defined by the respective product or service description available on the website at the time of purchase.
§3 Formation of Contract
A contract is concluded once the customer completes the checkout process on Vaultbuildx.com and full payment has been received.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have:
- Read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
- Read and acknowledged the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
§4 Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are final prices and are shown in the applicable currency.
Payment must be made in full using one of the payment methods offered on the website.
Work on the purchased service begins only after full payment has been received.
§5 Delivery Time & Customer Responsibilities
The delivery period begins after:
- Full payment has been received.
- All required information has been provided by the customer (such as logos, branding, niche selection, or other requested materials).
If the customer fails to provide the necessary information on time, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.
§6 Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
After full payment has been received, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for their own business purposes.
The following is strictly prohibited without written permission:
- Reselling or redistributing store templates or files.
- Copying or reproducing our systems or frameworks.
- Using our materials to create competing products or services.
All intellectual property rights, including concepts, templates, designs, graphics, text, code, branding elements, and business systems remain the exclusive property of the Provider unless explicitly transferred in writing.
§7 Stock Images & Media
Delivered stores may contain royalty-free stock images, placeholder graphics, or sample text solely for demonstration purposes.
Customers are responsible for replacing these materials with their own legally compliant content before launching their store.
§8 Support
Support is provided only within the scope of the purchased package.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, there is no entitlement to unlimited or lifetime support.
§9 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal where required by applicable law.
For digital products and digital services, this right may expire once the customer has expressly agreed that the Provider may begin performing the service before the withdrawal period has ended and acknowledged that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal where legally permitted.
§10 Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for:
- The legal compliance of the customer's store (including privacy laws, legal notices, tax obligations, trademarks, or consumer protection requirements).
- Sales, revenue, profits, or business success.
- Advertising performance or conversion rates.
- Changes made by third-party platforms such as Shopify, payment providers, or advertising platforms.
The customer is solely responsible for operating their store in compliance with all applicable laws.
The Provider does not provide legal or tax advice.
§11 Final Provisions
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable at the Provider's registered place of business, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
