General
Vaultbuildx.com primarily provides digital products and services, including custom Shopify stores, store templates, branding, design services, marketing materials, guides, and other e-commerce solutions.
Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing, creating, customizing, or delivering the purchased digital products and services as quickly as possible.
No Cancellation After Work Has Begun
Orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.
This applies as soon as we have begun processing, preparing, customizing, uploading, digitally delivering, or otherwise performing any part of the purchased service.
Because our digital services are typically prepared immediately after purchase, cancellations are no longer possible once processing has started.
Digital Products & Services
For digital products, digital content, and digital services, your statutory right of withdrawal may expire if you have expressly agreed that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ready-made Shopify stores
- Store files and ZIP files
- Digital guides
- PDF resources
- Branding and logo design
- Store policies
- TikTok ad packs and marketing materials
- Product research and product lists
- Custom store content
- Store setup services
- Support services
Completed or Delivered Services
Once digital content has been delivered, made available for download, shared via a download link, or once work has begun or been completed, cancellations, returns, or refunds are no longer available where the right of withdrawal has legally expired.
No refund will be issued for services that have already been prepared, delivered, or made accessible to the customer.
Missing Customer Information
Some services require information from the customer, such as:
- Full name
- Business name
- Store name
- Preferred niche
- Account access
- Staff access
- Information submitted through our forms
If this information is missing, incomplete, or submitted late, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.
Failure to provide the required information does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation or a refund.
Change Requests
Additional change requests may be accepted depending on the purchased package and scope of service.
Services that are not included in the selected package may be subject to additional charges.
Unlimited revisions, ongoing support, or additional features are only included if explicitly stated in the purchased package.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
This Cancellation Policy supplements our Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, and the respective product descriptions.
