📦 Delivery & Shipping Policy – Vaultbuildx.com
1. Digital Products Only
Vaultbuildx.com exclusively provides digital services, including custom Shopify store creation, store design, optimization, and e-commerce solutions.
We do not sell or ship any physical products.
2. Digital Delivery
All services are delivered digitally, depending on the purchased package, including but not limited to:
- Delivery or transfer of your Shopify store
- Delivery of files, login credentials, or other information via email
- Access provided through cloud services (e.g. Google Drive), where applicable
3. Delivery Time
Production begins once full payment has been received and all required information has been provided by the customer (such as logos, branding, store preferences, or account access if necessary).
Our standard delivery time is within 48 hours.
For larger projects, custom requests, or premium services, delivery may take longer. In these cases, completion is generally expected within 7–10 business days, and for more complex projects, up to 14 business days.
Please note: Any delays caused by missing information or late responses from the customer will extend the delivery time accordingly.
4. Shipping Costs
As we provide digital services only, no shipping fees apply.
5. Support & Communication
All support and customer service are provided digitally via:
- Other agreed communication channels
No shipping costs apply to any support services.
